In case of
product issues (such as product breakage, tearing, wrong size, product not
working, product not matching the picture, etc.) after receiving the product,
you can get a full refund of the purchased product subject to the following
conditions.
Change of
mind: If you want to return a product due to change of mind, we facilitate such
requests within a specified time frame in accordance with the terms and
conditions stated in our return policy.
1) You must
email support@matrimart.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the
delivery.
2) In case
of refund, the product must be in a completely intact condition including the
box.
3) You must
return the said product to MatriMart office within a maximum of 7 working days
at your own risk.
Our refund
and replacement are not applicable in case of Clearance Or Flash offer.
Note:
Our
complaint team will call you for any complaint related to the product and
service. For this reason, we would like to keep you active on the phone until
your complaint is resolved. If the number provided in your contact is not
active, an alternative number must be active. You will need to inform us of the
means of return for the refund. If we do not receive any cooperation from you
by phone or email within 10 working days, your complaint will be considered
resolved.
We offer 7-10 days return or refund policy for most unopened or undamaged packaged
products.
a. We have 03 days return policy for perishable products such as milk, fruits and
fresh vegetables.
b. Diaper
items must be returned 10% or 3 pieces (whichever comes first) before use.
c. Some
products; face masks, disposable vinyl gloves, alcohol pads and COVID testing
kits are not acceptable for return or refund in an opened or unopened state.
