Refund Policy- MatriMart


Refund Method:

If for any reason Matrimart fails to deliver the product within the stipulated time, the buyer's payment will be refunded through the same method (BKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, Bank Transfer, etc.) used to make the payment.
You must email support@matrimart.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refund Time: If the order with an advance payment is not delivered or is canceled before delivery, it may generally take 7-10 working days to process the refund from the time of making the refund decision (excluding the time used by the relevant payment method). If you do not receive the refund within this time, please contact us. However, depending on the terms of the purchase order, it may take some additional time to receive the refund if the product is not delivered or the customer fails to receive the service.

Refund Notification:

After the refund, the buyer will be notified via SMS, phone, email or any other means. If the refund is not received, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the refund notification. Otherwise, your money will be considered refunded.

You must return the product to MatriMart's office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.
For products that have a price written on them and for some reason the MatriMart merchant price is higher than that, in case of additional price, you must register a complaint by emailing support@matrimart.com within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the additional price you paid will be refunded within 10 working days.
In case of advance (BKash/Rocket/Cash/any other means) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to accept it, the order will be canceled and a refund will be made through the means from which the advance payment was made.

Our refund and replacement are not applicable for Clearance Or Flash offers.

Note:

Our complaint team will call you for any complaint related to products and services. For this, we want to keep you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If the number provided in your contact is not active, an alternative number must be active. For a refund, you must inform us of the means of return of the money. If we do not receive any cooperation from you by phone or email within 10 working days, your complaint will be considered resolved.
